The location was its biggest asset for staying in Central Rome, however the room was a tad on the small size, especially the bathroom, and we thought that breakfast eas provided

The location was excellent. The owner was helpful. The room was fine and clean. The bed was comfortable. There was a coffee machine for espresso available at the corridor with free coffee capsules and small treats.

Amazing location, so central. It's a beautiful old building with a very impressive entrance. We didn't take public transport at any time, everywhere is so walkable. Our host Anna Maria was wonderful. She gave us recommendations for things to see and places to eat, and all of them were excellent. There were pastries/cakes available for us at all times, along with a kettle and coffee machine. It has everything you would want in a city break stay.

This charming character building is beautiful, comfortable and conveniently located steps from the Roman Forum and colosseum. The bay windows open, offering a lovely spot to sit and watch locals pass by. there are many excellent food options in the neighborhood including Forno da Milvio pizza shop (the best pizza we had in Italy).

Great location around the corner from the Colosseum, the host was lovely and shared places to eat and nearby sites to visit. Highly recommend, we would stay there again.

There was a kettle! The room was small but clean. Location was fantastic! The hostess was very polite and she helped us as much as she could. She allowed us to leave our luggage until the time for departure to the airport.

The location is good. Close to several attractions and good restaurants. Close to Coliseu metro station.There is a coffee machine and you can make tea. The owner is attentive and friendly.

Comfortable guest house, excellent location for visiting Romes many cultural sites, and surrounded by bars and restaurants, 20 minute walk from Termini station. Host was charming and very helpful. Whilst breakfast was not available there was a basket of cakes/biscuits in the room every day and excellent coffee available 24/7 at €0.50 per pod. The cafe next door had a wide variety of breakfast and offered a 15% discount to Anne & Mary guests, as did several restaurants/bakeries near by.

I loved it charm. Love the location right by the Colosseum in forum beautiful walk at night when they have them lit up I slept with the window open with restaurants below Italian singing great way to sleep if I had a passport issue while I was there they were able to print some documents for me really help me out

Fabulous location - could walk to Termini station/metro and very close to many sights. Anne was very nice host who wants to help you enjoy her neighborhood and has great advice for where to go. Great value for clean comfortable room in wonderful location. No breakfast but awesome cafe right next door with good panini.

Location was perfect and walking distance to the Colosseum. Room was private and comfortable, there's a window that opens up onto the street. Friendly host and easy check in, host was good at explaining how the keys worked and good food options nearby. Able to drop off luggage early. Tea and coffee options available.
